APPLICATION PROCEDURE

If, after submitting an accessible information request or complaint, it has been rejected, there is disagreement with the decision taken, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in article 12.5, the interested party may file a claim. A claim may also be initiated if the period of twenty working days has elapsed without obtaining a response.
